·        If all profits made are forcharitable benefit – no fee

·        If profits are for commercialbenefit, the contribution to the event is 10% of turnover on the day to be paidat end of the day or soon after

·        You can arrive to set up yourstall from 9:30, the event begins at 12:00

·        All vehicles must be removedfrom the field by 11:30

·        The afternoon event ends at17:00 and stalls need to be packed down quietly as music starts.

·         If you are a charity, you can collectdonations at your stall, but please no bucket shaking.
