Plan A: 

Time: 19:15 and run until 20:15. Set up starts at ~19:00.

Location: Just outside the Chancellor's building oncampus (see image below).  The event itself is being held inside theChancellor's building, so we want the stargazing to be nice and close.

Equipment: We will have our telescopes (likely 3), but we arehoping to get quite a few people (max. 60), so the more telescopes the better!See plan B for equipment that would be required for backup.

Time: same as above.

Location: Chancellor's building CB3.9 (3rd floor but there arelifts).  We have a pretty spacious room booked until 20:15.
Equipment: we can still set up the telescopes inside and run a workshop eventfor people to understand how they work etc. I was also wondering if you couldbring some of your general outreach equipment such as astrophotos etc. Therewill be plenty of tables for us to lay things out for people to have a look atetc.
