Engagement:Workshops for KS1/2 and KS3/4. First workshop 6-10 years will be 11:00-12.30. Secondworkshop 11-16 years will be 13:00-15:00

Audience:1^st workshop up to 16 students. 2^nd workshop up to 16students but likely to be around 8.

Date/Time/Duration:Wednesday 27th May /11:00 / 3.5 hours over 5-hour period including setup/breakdown

You will need to provide:

·        Any tables and chairs youneed.

·         Everything you need for your stall.

·        If all profits made are forcharitable benefit – no fee

·        If profits are for commercialbenefit, the contribution to the event is 10% of turnover on the day to be paidat end of the day or soon after

·        You can arrive to set up yourstall from 9:30, the event begins at 12:00

·        All vehicles must be removedfrom the field by 11:30

·        The afternoon event ends at17:00 and stalls need to be packed down quietly as music starts.

·         If you are a charity, you can collectdonations at your stall, but please no bucket shaking.
