January Night Sky

This month there are many treats to have you put on your warm clothes and pop outside and look up. One of the most prolific meteor showers is with us on 4th January, the Quadrantids. This year the Moon is approaching its New phase and so there is no additional light to smother fainter trails meaning more meteors to see. Best seen after midnight and visible near Boötes and Ursa Major.
