We are joined by Chris Starr FRAS for our monthly talk on Wednesday 27th April. His talk is entitled “Cassini’s Discoveries” and Chris will be with us in person at the Herschel Museum of Astronomy. The doors open at 7:15pm for a 7:30pm start.
We’ve been waiting all through Covid lockdowns so that Chris Starr could give us his talk on the Cassini mission in person. We’ll also stream the talk via Zoom.
Chris was a teacher by profession running all sorts of extra curricular astronomy education. Upon his retirement and return to the UK, he started Wells & Mendip Astronomers in 2013 and was Chair for several years.
